HOME EDUCATION

Our brand new home ed sessions kick off this September – we are so excited!!

They are held at the farm every Friday during term time, and split into two sessions: KS1 children 10am until 12noon, and KS2 children 1pm-3pm.
The groups are run by two experienced members of our education team who have developed the sessions to link in with the learning aims and objectives set out in the national curriculum. Each term we will put the topics on our website so you can see what they will be getting up to, and which sessions you would like to attend. This term will be linked to the sciences, specifically the classification of animals and life cycles, to include hands-on experiences around the farm.
Each session the children will complete bespoke tasks, work sheets and activities based on their topic, and their learning will be recorded weekly. You do not have to attend every session, so if you want to pop along for a few sessions a term please do! Once you have attended 5 sessions, you will get a ‘stay and play’ pass to remain on the farm for the remainder of the day after your session!
