We look forward to seeing you!

White Post Farm is full of free-range fun for the whole family all year round! With lots of friendly animals to meet, and fun areas to play, there is something for everyone. Of course we also know that sometimes visiting places which you may not have been before can sometimes be stressful.
We hope the following information helps you to plan your day, and enables you to make lots of wonderful new memories together

Enjoying your day!

We open from 10am – 5pm every day of the year apart from Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Our quietest days to visit are during the week in term time, but if you can’t make it on weekdays we also offer an after school special during term time. This means you can come into the farm from 3pm for half the price to enjoy the farm at its quietest and make the most of our play areas!

We can get quite busy on weekends (particularly during Spring/Summer), when this happens there might be a short wait at the entrance. If you pre-book tickets online it makes the entry process very quick so you can get through as fast as possible and go straight in to enjoy your day.

We put a wristband on everyone who comes into the farm – if your child isn’t a fan of wristbands, that’s no problem, just let our friendly staff know!

We have two catering facilities at the farm serving hot food, sandwich options and drinks. Again, these can get busy at weekends (12noon – 2pm being the peak hours), but there are several areas to eat and you are more than welcome to bring your own picnic (we have indoor and outdoor picnic facilities open all year). You can download our traffic light system for more information on busy periods in our catering outlets.

There are two large toilet blocks and 2 disabled toilets at the farm. You can check on our farm map to see where these are located.

None of our toilet or hand washing facilities have hand dryers, we use paper towels only!

The disabled toilet by the Lunch Barn is equipped with a small changing table – if you think you will require a larger space, please ask a member of staff on the day or before your visit so we can sort an alternative for you.

We use a tannoy system at the farm to announce various activities/information throughout the day. We use a ‘ding’ sounds to announce the start of one of these to give you a warning that it is about to happen, and to not startle you. If you are concerned about the tannoy, please speak to a member of our team!

Our social story (download below) shows what you can expect to see at the farm, including some photos of what you might see! Please note this may change seasonally.

Our sensory level table tells you which sensory stimulation you can expect at our daily activities – this may change seasonally.

We have a daily timetable on the ‘Visit Us‘ section of our website – here you can see which activities are on and where they are located.

If you have any questions about your visit to us, please don’t hesitate to get in touch by phoning us on 01623 882 977, or email hello@whitepostfarm.co.uk. If you require anything on the day of your visit, please find a member of our friendly team and we will be more than happy to help!
