We are delighted that after a difficult period for everyone, our farm is open and our animals are enjoying seeing some familiar faces, whilst also making friends with new ones!

For over 30 years we’ve been entertaining millions of children and adults, giving them the chance to get up close to a wide variety of friendly animals! We have lots of new and exciting things happening at the farm, new enclosures for our animals and even some new animals are joining our White Post Farm family.

We hope you’re looking forward to visiting us and we want to ensure that you have a fun filled day out, in a safe manner.

WHAT TO EXPECT

ONLINE BOOKING

We strongly recommend that everyone, including annual pass visitors, books prior to their visit to guarantee entry. This does not include children under 2 years of age or carers of visitors with additional needs (they can just come along on the day with a prebooked family member)

ARRIVAL TIME SLOTS

These will remain as they help with visitor flow around the farm. We ask that you arrive during your time slot, once you are on the farm you can stay all day, until closing.

GROUP SIZES

We no longer have restrictions on group sizes but do ask if you are a larger group 20 plus people you contact in advance so we can accommodate you day with us the best we can.

FACE MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING

The one way systems we have had in place have really worked in some areas of the farm such as the reptile house so will remain in place in some areas or the farm. Other areas such as the field walk will no longer be one way but free flow again, allowing you to run in all directions!

The wearing of face masks is now personal responsibility, we would welcome all visitors to continue to wear them in enclosed areas and where you feel appropriate. Our team will do the same. All Perspex screens will remain in place.

CLEAN TEAM!

We will still be actively cleaning touch points and contact points regularly and our “clean team” will continue to buzz around the farm ensuring our excellent hygiene standards are met. All sanitizer stations will remain in place for your use should you wish to use them.

CATERING AND PLAY?

We have both indoor and outdoor seating areas available for when you wish to grab something to eat. Our Team Rooms will be open daily and you are also able to bring your own picnic or order afternoon tea from us.

Our outdoor play area includes a huge play fort, trampolines and pedal go karts. Our indoor play areas are open, including our soft play section.

FEELING UNWELL?

Please do not travel to the farm if you or any member of your group are showing any signs of COVID-19. Please email us at hello@whitepostfarm.co.uk to rearrange your booking. White Post Farm remain the right to refuse entry to anyone who we feel is showing signs of COVID-19.

THE IMPORTANT BITS

Guests aren’t allowed to smoke anywhere on the farm – and the same goes for our animals! It’s a busy place with lots going on so children under 16 aren’t allowed to enter the farm without an adult. Since they might scare the animals, dogs (other than service dogs) aren’t permitted.

Washing your hands has never been more important. We will be asking you to wash your hands with soap and water on entry to the farm and we kindly ask you to wash your hands throughout your visit with us. We have installed several new wash hand stations and there are several anti-bacterial hand gel stations situated around the farm.

For wheelchair users, the majority of the farm is accessible with tarmac paths (with the exception of the far field walk), wide entrances to all buildings and two fully equipped disabled toilets.
