Our animals and staff are looking forward to seeing you again!
RESTRICTED NUMBER OF VISITORS
To ensure we can all observe safe social distancing, there will be restrictions on the number of visitors allowed on the farm. We are a predominantly outdoor attraction, and all indoor areas remain closed – other than our wonderful Silver Barn in which you can meet and see lots of cuddly animals!
We also have a catering facility serving takeaway food and drinks daily – feel free to bring your own picnics too.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN YOUR GROUP
There must be no mixing of households, other than support bubbles. Exceptions will be made for larger families who do all live in the same household (you may be asked to provide evidence of this to help us comply with the current law). Please don’t be offended if we stop and ask you about the make up of your group either on arrival or as you journey around the farm.
TRACK & TRACE
In line with the latest Government guidelines we will retain your booking data for the purposes of track and trace. We will store your data securely for 21 days. You will also find a QR code to scan and fill in the required information upon entry to the farm – it’s really important that you fill in as much detail as possible as this helps work towards keeping everyone safe.

This does not include children under the age of 2 years or carers of visitors with additional needs (they do not need a ticket and can just come along on the day with a pre booked family member).
