Our animals and staff are looking forward to seeing you again!
RESTRICTED NUMBER OF VISITORS
To ensure we can all observe safe social distancing, there will be restrictions on the number of visitors allowed in some indoor areas of the farm, we have a one way system in place to help with visitor flow. We are a predominately outdoor attraction so lots of space to make sure everyone feels comfortable. Our friendly team will help monitor visitor flow.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN YOUR GROUP
The maximum number of people in your group outside is now relaxed (30) however in indoor areas the restrictions remain in place for a 6 people (including children) or two households (one household can include your support bubble). Exceptions will be made for larger families who do all live in the same household (you may be asked to provide evidence of this to help us comply with the current restrictions). Please don’t be offended if we stop and ask you about the make up of your group either on arrival or as you journey around the farm.
TRACK & TRACE
In line with the latest Government guidelines we will retain your booking data and details of all members of the party aged 16 or over for the purposes of track and trace. We will store your data securely for 21 days. You will also find a QR code to scan and fill in the required information upon entry to the farm – it’s really important that you fill in as much detail as possible as this helps work towards keeping everyone safe.
ONLINE BOOKINGS ONLY
We will need everyone to book online prior to their visit, including annual pass holders. This does not include children under the age of 2 years or carers of visitors with additional needs (they do not need a ticket and can just come along on the day with a pre booked family member). You can book your tickets here
ARRIVAL TIME SLOTS
We are introducing arrival time slots to help alleviate queues on arrival you will be asked to select an arrival time on booking. We ask please that you arrive during your time slot we cannot guarantee entry to visitors who arrive outside of their arrival time.
